Permanent Recruitment
We tailor our service to meet your specific requirements to recruit permanent staff. We can help to define the role and candidate profile you’re looking to fill. We advertise and search for suitable candidates and manage the shortlisting process. We’ll interview candidates prior to submitting them and when we’ve found the right person, we’ll help manage the onboarding process. We charge a fixed fee for this process which we will agree with you before we commence.
Temporary Recruitment
If you’re looking for a temporary worker to help cover an absence or bolster your team during a busy period, we can help. We started out filling temporary vacancies and have done so continuously over the years. We manage our own payroll in house and make temporary recruitment easy. When you recruit a temporary worker through us, they will be paid on time on a weekly basis. You’ll pay an agreed rate, and we’ll manage the rest.
Contract Recruitment
Over the years we’ve specialised in supplying staff for large industrial projects, particularly in the power industry. We have vast experience in mobilising teams to site and managing their weekly payroll. The teams have consisted of a variety of skills, from general duty support workers to specialist engineers.
