A niche private client law firm is looking to recruit a client administrator into their client management team on a fulltime basis.

As a firm we look to provide honest, approachable advice and strive to provide the best possible customer service, always encouraging our clients to talk to us.

About the role

This new role is pivotal to the business; being the first person to speak to our introducers and their clients about our company and the services that we offer.

You will be responsible for managing new leads, arranging appointments for our advisers, supporting our advisers by dealing with non-advice queries and overseeing matters to ensure that they are progressing in a timely manner. You will work collaboratively across teams to ensure that clients receive the best possible service.

To be successful in this role, it is imperative that you have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, are organised and genuinely enthusiastic about delivering the best possible service for our clients.  You must have at least 2 years working with in a professional services office e.g. legal, accountancy, financial services and understand the importance of following compliance procedures. Additional qualities needed for the role include:

·         The ability to build strong client relationships

·         Strong telephone skills

·         Excellent client management skills

·         Ability to organise and prioritise tasks

·         Strong team player

·         Proficient using Microsoft Office applications

·         Comfortable with learning new case management systems and other software platforms
