Our consultants have a combined experience of over 65 years recruiting staff and internal staff turnover is zero. Over the years we’ve filled thousands of vacancies; last year alone we filled over 600 vacancies and turned over in excess of £16m.


We are privately owned and make our own decisions. We don’t have to defer to or hide behind ‘head office’ and can offer our clients a flexible approach to their requirements. We have the latest office software to manage both permanent and temporary vacancies and our payroll is managed in-house. We offer up-to-date skills training and assessment software that can be used online where required.


When you contact us with a vacancy you’ll deal with one consultant who will have the backup of all our staff in filling your position. We work as a team, not a collection of bonus-driven individuals and can deal with all aspects of your requirements, from candidate selection to after-sales care.


Like you we don’t enjoy being pestered with sales calls. We don’t have calls per week targets and, unless you request it, we won’t be contacting you every week to ‘catch up’. In short we’ll mind our own business to let you keep on running yours.


We’re proud of the fact that many of our candidates have been with us for years and years. We regard them just as highly as we do our clients and think it’s important that they’re focused on the job in hand rather than worrying about whether they’ve been paid or not. Therefore we guarantee to pay our temporary staff as agreed and always on time. Just as we don’t hassle clients we don’t hassle candidates either. We’ll always send you a candidate who is keen to work for you as opposed to one we’ve had to cajole into working.

    We have been recruiting technical staff for nearly two decades and currently supply over 300 workers per week, drawn from a database of several thousand. We are extremely well established, supplying skilled workers to such blue chip companies as RWEnpower, Eon, Alstom, EDF Energy, Scottish & Southern Energy, Drax Power and Centrica.

    We have temporary, permanent and contract candidates willing to work all over the UK and overseas. We are experts in recruiting for heavy engineering industries, in particular power generation staff.
